Jason Lupardus brings nearly 20 years of experience in wildlife conservation and habitat management to his leadership role with Turkeys for Tomorrow (TFT). A certified wildlife biologist and owner of Wildlife and Land Management Group, LLC, Jason has built a career around developing practical, science-based habitat strategies that benefit game species, including whitetail deer.

 

Jason’s expertise includes timber stand improvement (TSI), prescribed fire, native plant restoration, and other land management techniques critical to enhancing whitetail habitat. His work has helped landowners and agencies improve forest structure, promote desirable understory growth, and increase carrying capacity for deer and other wildlife.

 

He has served in key leadership positions across the conservation space, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Conservation Operations, and Director of Strategic Partnerships. These roles have focused on mission-driven program growth, partnership development, and measurable habitat outcomes.

 

Jason holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Wildlife and Fisheries Science, with a minor in Forestry. He also serves on a university advisory board, helping guide the next generation of natural resource professionals. An avid outdoorsman and conservation advocate, Jason is committed to ensuring that quality wildlife habitat—and the hunting heritage it supports—are preserved for generations to come.
